Pre-need self guide

There is not a more difficult time for a family than that encountered immediately after the death of a loved one. A disturbing part for the family is that they are forced to make decisions about funeral arrangements in the midst of deep sorrow, confusion and perhaps the uncertainty of knowing what their loved one might have really wanted.

Experience has shown that those who have planned in advance are comfortable in the knowledge that their personal wishes will be fulfilled and that unnecessary financial and emotional difficulties will be avoided. The Price Funeral Chapel has carefully prepared this Family Record File and respectfully present this to you as a public service. This Family Record File deals thoughtfully with that one inevitable reality of life, and has been designed to provide you with a helpful checklist of important documents, their whereabouts, and other detailed information that will be needed someday.

A faithful consistent recording of changing events regarding personal and financial matters will provide a priceless ready reference for your family. We suggest that you keep this in a safe, but immediately accessible location.
